We value our planet and our local waters. Our Lowestoft Kippers are a 100% sustainable fish product, caught responsibly from the icy North Sea and smoked in our kilns, just metres from the shore.

Lowestoft has been the centre of English herring fishing for hundreds of years. Our 19th-century smokehouse is keeping a centuries-old tradition alive, smoking fish the old way in one of last original brick-kilns to survive.
